"This has been the most satisfying challenge I have ever experienced. Thank you JMLS for helping me achieve one of my most important dreams."

~Fariba Bayani, 2004 graduate

John Marshall Law School enjoys the support of the Alumni Association, a not for profit organization dedicated to supporting alumni and students and achieving the goals of the School.

The Alumni Association offers alumni opportunities to network and socialize at Georgia Bar and other functions. The directors are committed to fundraising to support alumni activities and create an endowment fund to provide scholarships for students and promote faculty research.

The continuing success of John Marshall depends largely on the support of its graduates and alumni. The positive impression created by the improvements in our curriculum, facility, faculty, and staff are resulting in a larger, more competitive pool of applicants. In turn, the quality of our students and graduates is attracting a greater number of prospective employers. John Marshall's alumni remain its most valuable resource in terms of referring potential students and providing potential internships, clerkships and jobs for its graduates.

We encourage alumni to take a moment to revisit John Marshall through our redesigned website and update their names, career, and contact information through the accompanying alumni link. By updating information online, alumni may be copied on Alumni Association emails. Additionally, alumni activities are promoted through the bi-annual newsletter, The Advocate.

Alumni may participate in the Career Advisory Network by checking "yes" on the UPDATE INFORMATION form. This network is a great opportunity to rely upon fellow alumni for referrals and support, and to provide career guidance and mentoring for our students. The Alumni Association invites input, which may be conveniently directed to alumni.@.johnmarshall.edu.

Course Auditing
Graduates wishing to refresh their knowledge in preparation for the bar exam may audit courses at the school. The fee will be half the regular credit hour tuition cost. To register, graduates must file a request to audit with the Registrar's office and be approved on a space available basis. Auditors do not receive grades or academic credit.
