DESCRIPTION:<p>The government uses Facebook to spy on you.  The skies will
be full of police department drones sending your photo to computers with f
acial recognition software.  Your car’s license plate will be scanned cons
tantly by sensors on patrol cars.  You are filmed by cameras in public pla
ces and private businesses dozens of times each day.  The government has a
ccess to every email you’ve sent\, every word you’ve tweeted\, and everyth
ing you’ve bought online. What happened to your privacy?  Is it too late t
o get it back?  Does the U.S. Constitution actually protect privacy? The D
ean of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School\, Richardson Lynn\, will present
his research and conclusions on this important topic.</p>\n<p>The lecture
\, titled <em>American’s Shrinking Right of Privacy -”Electronic surveilla
nce\, data mining\, social media\, and the Constitution”\,</em> will be he
ld from noon to 1 p.m.\, on January 25\, 2013 at the law school’s Blackbur
n Conference Center located directly across from the school. This will be
the first event in the law school’s new monthly lecture series presented b
y its faculty.</p>\n<p>This event is free of cost and open to the public a
s well as the John Marshall community. For more information\, contact the
main office at (404) 872-3593 or email Katherine Dreyer at <a href='mailto
