Estate Counsel, LLC

ESTATE COUNSEL, LLC is a small boutique law firm located in the Vinings Community of Atlanta, Georgia. Practice areas include estate planning, family law, real estate, and corporate law. An externship is available for a second or third year law student seeking course credit during the academic semester to assist with the implementation of a probate clinic in Greene County for elderly and pro se litigants. Hours are flexible to accommodate the student’s academic schedule. Candidates should possess the following skills: SKILLS: Candidates must possess strong legal research and writing skills. Computer technology and organizational skills are also required. Candidates must be self- motivated and take initiative to meet project deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required. This position requires close attention to detail, adherence to strict deadlines, and effective time management.
