Placement Description:
The ACLU is a non-partisan, non-profit organization that seeks to defend the principles and freedoms embodies in the Bill of Rights.

Description of Student Work:
Law clerks in the legal department are asked to conduct legal research, draft legal memorandum, meet with clients, create and maintain case files, attend legal committee meetings, attend oral arguments, participate in legislative advocacy efforts and facilitate community related events to support the work of the legal department.

Student Preference:
All students are welcome to apply.
