This experiential learning session introduces participants to the complexity of legal analysis, critical thinking, and moral reasoning—key skills for every aspiring attorney. No prior legal experience is required, and lively discussion is guaranteed!

Following the session, Professor Van Detta will reveal the real-world legal case that inspired the problem and explore its surprising historical roots.
