Students will step into the role of law clerks advising a fictional judge on how to resolve a legal tie in a high-stakes Supreme Court case\, based on the classic legal article The Case of the Speluncean Explorers. \nThis experiential learning session introduces participants to the complexity of legal analysis\, critical thinking\, and moral reasoning—key skills for every aspiring attorney. No prior legal experience is required\, and lively discussion is guaranteed! \n📘 Pre-Session Reading (Optional):The Case of the Speluncean Explorers by Lon L.
