What free membership actually gets you
Atlanta Bar Association membership opens access to professional, social, financial, charitable, and civic programs across the legal community. Students can also join up to four Bar Sections at no cost, which means exposure to practice areas ranging from litigation to real estate to family law, long before graduation forces a decision about where to focus.

For events that carry a fee, the law school covers up to $25 per event, for as many as five events each academic year. That removes cost as a reason to skip a Section meeting or a networking reception. Students can attend, ask questions, and build relationships without impacting personal finances.
