Career Highlights

Judge Randy Rich is known throughout the legal community as an expert in litigation and evidence. He is an experienced trial lawyer and legal innovator. An attorney in Taylor English’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team, he has presided over 300 jury trials, as well as the largest pending civil lawsuit in Georgia: the Georgia Opioid Litigation. Judge Rich founded the Gwinnett Business Court and was later named a Business Court Judge in the Metro Atlanta Business Court. He has spoken on the issues of evidence, ethics and professionalism at many seminars and authored several articles on expediting resolution of civil lawsuits in Georgia. He lives in Suwanee with his wife, Bonnie, and their two children.
