Mastering Legal Principles II

This is a skills development course providing students with an intensive review of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Evidence, and uses problems and exercises in a bar exam format to familiarize students with techniques for answering multiple choice (MBE) questions and analyzing, organizing, and writing essay and multistate performance (MPT) questions. Each student shall be required to take a bar-style MBE exam as part of the course and achieve a grade of not less than 60% in order to graduate. Any student who achieves less than 60% shall be required to retake the exam until they achieve a passing grade of 60%.
