Involves a field placement under the supervision of a judge or a practicing attorney in a corporate legal department, governmental agency or public interest agency. Field placements that involve litigation are open only to third-year students who are eligible to practice under Georgia's Third-Year Practice Act. Eligible students must have successfully completed all first year courses, be in good academic standing and have at least a 2.00 GPA. Students must perform 47 hours of legal work for each credit hour and participate in a classroom component with the faculty supervisor.
