Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School (AJMLS) announces strong employment results for its Class of 2025. 93% of 2025 graduates that reported and were seeking employment secured a job or start date within 10 months of graduation.
These outcomes reflect a focused approach to career preparation. The law school’s Career Services program provides structured support from the first year through graduation, including advising, skills training, and direct employer engagement. Students graduate prepared to contribute on day one.
Access to employers remains a core strength. During their final academic year, 2025 graduates participated in both fall and spring on-campus job fairs. They also completed an average of four on-campus interviews, building connections with hiring organizations across the region.
Graduates secured positions across the legal field. Law firm associate roles and government and public service placements saw notable growth. Many joined offices that serve the Atlanta community, while others entered private practice in a range of settings.
Employer relationships continue to play a central role. Longstanding partnerships with organizations such as the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, the Georgia Public Defender Council, and mid-sized and boutique law firms across the Atlanta metropolitan area remain active pipelines for hiring AJMLS graduates.
A number of graduates chose to extend their studies. Four members of the Class of 2025 are pursuing LL.M. degrees in areas including taxation, intellectual property, and international law, building deeper expertise for specialized practice.
The results point to a clear pattern. Consistent employer engagement, practical training, and targeted career support produce graduates who are ready for the demands of legal practice and able to secure meaningful roles soon after graduation.
