Career Highlights
Emma Cohen worked as a practicing lawyer for seven years before joining the faculty of AJMLS. Emma began her legal career as a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York, where she focused primarily on complex commercial litigation. Then, Emma served as in-house compliance counsel for Strategic Value Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and Bachelor of Arts, with High Distinction, from the University of Virginia.
