Instructions

Thank you for your continued interest in Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School (AJMLS) and congratulations on your acceptance! We understand that life can get in the way of starting your law school journey. With that being said, we are able to offer a one-time deferral request in which your current admission, including your scholarship/s, would be deferred to the next academic year. This allows for you to not have to re-apply and your seat will be held in that future class. The first step in getting your acceptance deferred is to submit the below application. Upon submission, the Office of Admissions will review your request and you will receive additional communication via email within 5-10 business days of the status of your request. Please note if your request is granted and you have not paid your deposit to secure your seat, a condition of your deferral acceptance will be that you pay such deposit.
