We are pleased to announce an increase in the number of allotted tickets for guests per graduate from two (2) to six (6). As you may know, the Governor recently announced an opening of all establishments to near full capacity. Likewise, the CDC has reduced the social distancing requirements in most situations from six feet (6’) to three feet (3’). As a result, we were able to negotiate an increase in the number of seats available for graduation. Because there is an increase in the number of guests that can be invited, there will be strict COVID-related requirements put in place due to the increase in numbers. Anyone who fails to adhere to these requirements will not be permitted into the graduation facility or to participate in graduation. These requirements include, but are not limited to, wearing a mask at all times, agreeing to a temperature check, observing all social distancing signs and requirements set by the facility, and refrain from gathering in groups of more than six (6) without observing social distancing.
Each graduate that reserved their graduate ticket prior to the March 12 deadline has six (6) guest tickets available for reservation on the eventbrite page here. Thank you for reserving only the number of guest tickets you anticipate using.
If children can sit comfortably in a lap and share a seat with an adult, they do not need a guest ticket. If they require their own seat, they need a guest ticket.
