DESCRIPTION:The Criminal Justice Honors Program at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School \npresents \nJustice for the Poor: Helping our Clients Navigate the Justice System \n(A CLE Program Designed for Public Defenders and Defense Attorneys) \nThe Criminal Justice Honors Program prepares students to become practitioners in the criminal justice arena. The Law School partners with public defender and prosecutor offices to prepare the advocates needed to help build and maintain a criminal justice system committed to the principles of fairness and equal treatment. This event is designed to introduce both public defenders and defense attorneys to the Honors Program as well as provide insight into some current criminal justice issues. \nThe sessions are informed by the Honors Program curriculum and presented by some of the faculty who teach in it. Your RSVP will be accepted below. \nPlease note that we can no longer accept requests and/or payments for the optional catered lunch. We encourage you to make substitute lunch arrangements. \nPayment for CLE credits will be accepted until November 18\, 2016.
