The purpose of these policies are to help ensure that students, faculty, staff, and other members of the Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School community have maximum access to computers and network services and are aware of the rights and responsibilities associated with technology usage.

Acceptable Use Policy

Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School provides computer and network resources for the use of students, faculty and staff. These resources are for use by the Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School community in a manner consistent with the mission of the Law School. These resources are limited. How each individual uses them impacts the work of other members of the community and beyond. We need to be aware of our obligations to others and of what constitutes proper use and behavior. All eligible users of technology at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School are expected to follow the guidelines for acceptable use of technology as outlined.
