| In today's learning environments, timely access to information, news, and online educational resources is more important than ever before. That is why Atlanta's John Marshall Law School has made the inclusion of new technologies in the teaching process a priority.
Our new classrooms were designed to access a wide selection of teaching and presentation technologies. From direct access to the Internet and other computer based teaching tools, to the ability to present both recorded and live lectures from multiple video mediums. All of our fixed seating classrooms provide access to power outlets for our students who prefer to utilize portable computers and other electronic devices to enhance their learning experience.
Our new classrooms as well as our courtroom facilities include the ability to record lectures and other presentations. These recordings provide valuable feedback for students participating in exercises, lectures, and workshops. Our A/V Control facility can record, redirect, and broadcast presentations of different types to multiple classrooms simultaneously.
In addition to direct presentation technologies, Atlanta's John Marshall Law School has also upgraded its two Computer Labs, which are located in the school's Library. These labs provide students with access to individual computers, printers, and the Internet.
Our new high-speed Internet access and our upgraded personal computers give students the ability to access an increasingly wide variety of legal resources, as well as the opportunity to use computer-based in-house learning tools.
A Student Intranet system provides quick and easy access to most of the computer-based learning resources provided by the school, including portals to online resources, the Library Catalog, new job postings, and access to exam resources.
These Computer Labs are also used by Atlanta's John Marshall Law School's on-site Westlaw and LexisNexis representatives to teach our students how to effectively utilize and improve their research techniques.
