Dean’s Message:

Congratulations to our Frederick Douglass Moot Court team!  At the regional competition, Ashley Barnett and Sharee Tumbling won the Best Respondent Brief.  The team of Lauren McAlpin and Sarah Redparth advanced to the semi-finals of the regional competition and Ms. Redparth won the Best Oral Advocate in the competition.  This is one of the best outcomes any of our moot court teams have achieved.  I appreciate all the hard work that they put into the competition, as well as the coaching they received from our alumnus, Amber Saunders.  And, thanks to the faculty members who heard them in practice rounds.
