| Professor Mullally graduated first in her class at the University of Georgia School of Law, and served on the Georgia Law Review. Following law school, Professor Mullally clerked for Judge J. L. Edmonson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Judge William C. Bryson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Professor Mullally is a registered patent attorney and practiced law with the firm of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner. While at Finnegan, she specialized in appellate litigation of intellectual property matters. Before joining the University of Maryland School of Law, Professor Mullally served as a visiting professor at the University of Georgia School of Law, where she taught patent law and international intellectual property law. |
