| While in law school, Professor de Haven was Order of the Coif, Research Editor and Executive Editor of the Tennessee Law Review, and Vice-Chair of the Moot Court Board. She has worked as staff counsel to the National Labor Relations Board, as a litigation attorney for the Tennessee Valley Authority, and as a litigator in private practice representing labor unions, employment discrimination plaintiffs, and whistleblowers. Before joining John Marshall Law School in 2003, Professor de Haven was an Associate Professor and Dean of Students at Appalachian School of Law in Virginia, where she helped the school achieve ABA accreditation. |
