| Prior to joining the John Marshall Law School faculty in 2007, Professor Jeffries was an associate at the Atlanta office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. At Paul Hastings, her practice included general corporate representation of public and private companies, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. While in law school, she served on the Managing Board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law. She also worked with the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law in Washington, D.C. in 2001, and served as a research assistant for the Institute of Law, Psychiatry and Public Policy in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2000. Professor Jeffries is a member of the Corporate Code Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. |
