| Prior to joining the John Marshall Law School faculty in 2007, Professor Karsai was a Partner at New York City’s Kaye Scholer LLP, where she was national counsel to pharmaceutical companies in mass tort litigation. She has extensive experience in complex litigation, including product liability, antitrust, and environmental. Her experience includes trials in the U.S. and abroad, as well as various aspects of trial strategy and preparation, and national management and coordination of pharmaceutical litigations involving numerous regional and local counsel. While in law school, Professor Karsai served on Law Review and the Moot Court Executive Board.
