Professor Scribner practiced commercial litigation, specializing in class action defense, at the Atlanta law firm of Alston & Bird for five years before joining the John Marshall faculty in 2003. Following a career as a radio announcer, she entered law school where she served as an associate editor of the law review. During her third year of law school, Professor Scribner was a teaching fellow in an Executive MBA program. Professor Scribner has also worked as an investigator for the Florida Board of Bar Examiners.
