At least 2 additional elective credits must be a criminal law skills course.  Criminal law skills courses include Advanced Criminal Appellate Advocacy, Criminal Pretrial Practice and Procedure, Advanced Trial Advocacy, Client Counseling for the Criminal Lawyer, Negotiations in the Criminal Context, and The Art of Voir Dire.  These two credits must be in addition to the upper level writing requirement.

Students enrolled in the J.D. Honors Program in Criminal Justice are not required to take Sales & Secured Transactions, but may do so as an elective.
