About

Professor Brown worked as a real estate partner with Stites & Harbison in Atlanta from 2004 until 2009, where he focused his practice on Affordable Housing, Capital Markets and Real Estate law. He also practiced Real Estate and Finance law at Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers in Philadelphia from 2002-2004. Prior to joining Klehr, Harrison, Professor Brown served as Chief Legal Counsel to the City Council of Philadelphia where he led a team of lawyers in the drafting of complex zoning and tax ordinances designed to assist in the development of affordable housing in North Central Philadelphia. Professor Brown is active in the community, having served on numerous boards and is currently a board member of the Initiative for Affordable Housing in Dekalb County, Georgia.
