About

Professor D’Haene worked as general litigation associate at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, LLP from 2003 until 2006, where she focused on Employment, Professional Liability, Telecommunication and Civil Rights law. She founded The Customer Oriented Analytics and Reporting (COAR) Group, specializing in commercial real estate finance transaction services from 2006 through 2008. Prior to joining the faculty of John Marshall Law School in 2008, Professor D’Haene served as a Bar Examination Grader for the Georgia Board of Bar Examiners.
