About

Professor Baker worked in Canada in the areas of criminal and constitutional law research, alternative dispute resolution, and pastoral ministry for many years before returning to the United States for graduate education in 1995. Before joining John Marshall Law School, he was a Professor of Law at Campbell University School of Law, Pepperdine University School of Law, University of Maine School of Law, and University of Winconsin Law School, teaching classes on a wide variety of topics, including criminal and constitutional law, history of law, ethics, mediation and research.
