Provides training in the techniques of interviewing and counseling clients to identify and solve legal problems. Through a theoretical framework for and experiences with simulated exercises, verbal and non-verbal skills are honed through lecture, demonstrations, discussion, role playing, simulations, practical exercises, and critiques. (Pass/No Credit/Fail) Limited to 16 students.
