The mission of the District Attorney's office is to represent the state of Georgia in the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit as mandated by the Constitution of the State and numerous statutes of the Official Code of Georgia including both criminal and civil court appearances. The office is responsible for the prosecution of felony criminal and misdemeanor cases in the Superior Courts of the 8 counties included in the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit: Baldwin, Greene, Hancock, Jasper, Jones, Morgan, Putnam, & Wilkinson.
