Externship - Approved Placements

Judge Louis Levenson

The Magistrate Court of Fulton County is seeking an extern to work with Judge Louis Levenson in landlord tenant litigation cases. Specifically, the Court seeks a third year student who is hard working, has at least a B average and has an interest in litigation and civil procedure. Hours will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 pm until the case concludes or the Court recesses; also each other Tuesday, the Court starts at 2 pm. Cases are heard at the Fulton County Courthouse, 185 Central Avenue. The intern will sit in Court as the Judge’s clerk and assist the Judge in any subsequent research and opinion drafting. Externs are needed for summer and fall semesters.
