Fayette County Solicitor General's Office
The Solicitor-General, is responsible for the prosecution of all traffic, misdemeanor, and ordinance violation cases in the State Court of Fayette County. Some of the most common offenses include crimes of domestic violence, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and thefts involving property or services valued at less than $500 ($300 in the case of shoplifting). Note: 3rd year students only please
