Dekalb County Child Advocacy Center

The primary and most fundamental obligation of the child advocacy attorney is to provide zealous and effective representation for his or her client's best interest at all stages of juvenile court deprivation proceeding. Child advocate externs assist the attorney in a variety of tasks including observing deprivation proceedings in DeKalb Juvenile Court and conducting placement visits and interviews with child clients. Students must submit an application and a resume
