Submit Payment for an Alumni Event/CLE

Complete the below form to submit your payment for an alumni event or CLE program.  Please be sure to select the event/CLE that you are submitting your payment for.  The event/CLE fees are listed on program brochures or advertisements, and when completing the form, be sure to pay the eaxct amount necessary to cover your fee.  Please note that if you are paying for multiple individuals, please include the names of those you are paying for in the “Comments” section listed below.
