In an effort to better serve Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, the IT department has implemented a centralized means of accepting requests via email. Instead of emailing individual members of the IT department, we are asking that all requests be submitted via this webform, or sent to ITSupport@johnmarshall.edu.
Individuals that send email requests to this address will receive a case/ticket number, notifications when the ticket has been assigned to an IT staff member, status updates while the ticket is open, and a notification when the ticket is closed. In the event an IT staff member is out of the office or on vacation, using this procedure will ensure that your requests gets resolved in a timely by the other IT staff members.
We encourage you to continue to submit requests over the phone if your computer is partially or nonfunctional, or if you have a request that requires our immediate attention. Thank you.
