AJMLS Hosts Ethical Choices Lecture, Featuring Attorney Paula Frederick
For practitioners and even law students, ethical problems present themselves everyday. Will you know how to address those issues when they come? Join AJMLS and Attorney Paula Frederick, General Counsel of the State Bar of Georgia for our Professionalism Series titled, ” Ethical Choices Lawyers Make in Everyday Practice”. Attorney Frederick will discuss the ethical choices law students and practitioners make in everyday life and the consequences associated with failing to be ethical. She will explain the connection between bad habits in law school and bad habits in practice. In addition, Attorney Frederick will outline the most common behaviors that can lead to disciplinary action.
The event, which is mandatory for all first-year day students, will be held from 3-4:30 p.m., on October 17, 2012, at the Blackburn Conference Center. For questions regarding this event, contact Assistant Director of Students Miessha Stennis at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (404) 872-3593 ext. 158.
