Pursuant to our Mission of preparing highly competent and professional lawyers who possess a strong social conscience and are committed to improving society, one student in particular stood out this fall. The school would like to recognize the good work and leadership of Paul Sieg.
After graduating from Augusta State University with his Bachelors degree, Paul worked for a number of years in both the banking and general contracting industries. He then went back to school for an additional degree in management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University. Paul then married his wife Elizabeth and decided to apply to law schools. He states that he chose JMLS after meeting one of our current students and hearing about the great experience they were having.
Paul is a second year full time student who has made time in his schedule not only to be active in numerous school organizations, but also to reach out to the local community. Paul is active in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program as well as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. He is also currently interning at a local law office, concentrating in the areas of criminal and entertainment law. Paul is utilizing his legal experience to volunteer and be an active member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.
We are very proud of Paul and his accomplishments both personally and professionally. He is a great example of why Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School is becoming the law school to watch.
