1  As part of their scheduled academic progress, first-year students in the part-time program are required to complete Criminal Law. Criminal Law is also open to students in the full-time division.
2  As part of their scheduled academic progress, third-year students in the part-time program are required to complete Professional Responsibility. Professional Responsibility is also open to students in the full-time division who have completed their second year.

4  Pass/No Credit/Fail
5  Externships are open only to students in good academic standing who have satisfactorily completed all first year courses, are in good standing, and have a grade point average of at least a 2.0. Subject to availability of placements, eligible students may enroll in an externship for 2 or 3 credit hours during the academic year. During the Summer Session, an externship may be for up to 4 credit hours. In no event may a student earn more than 4 credit hours for participating in the Externship Program.
6  By application only. Students must be in good standing and have satisfactorily completed 59 credit hours of coursework. Subject to availability of placements. Mandatory orientation seminar will take place May 12-16, 2008; 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
7  Enrollment limited to 16
8  Recommended Prerequisite: Sales & Secured Transactions
9  Enrollment limited to 18.
10  Class does not meet Monday, May 26th. Final trials will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time from May 29th - Jun 3rd.
11  Advanced standing required. Advanced standing requires completion of the first year of the full-time division and the second year of the part-time division.
12  Prerequisite: Real Property I & II
13  On May 19, 21, June 18, 23, and 25, class will meet from 6:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Class ends on June 25, 2008.
14  On May 19 and 21, class will meet from 6:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. Required simulations are scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 21. Class ends on June 21.
Note:  All Summer Session final examinations commence at 6:00 p.m. on the evening of the scheduled date.
