John Marshall Law School adheres to the 1940 Statement of Principles
on Academic Freedom and Tenure of the American Association of University
Professors. This statement is available from the Associate Dean.
SMOKING POLICY
John Marshall Law School is a smoke-free working and study environment.
USE OF JOHN MARSHALL LAW SCHOOL NAME
No student or student organization may use the JMLS/Atlanta name
or logo for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Dean's
Office. Permission will not be granted to individuals. Student organizations
may receive permission if:
- The name or logo is used in connection with fundraising which benefits
that organization or the school and is not duplicative of others; and
- The specific use is set forth in the request (e.g. t-shirts, cups,
key rings, etc.); and
- The Student Bar Association has given approval; and
- The use is appropriate as determined by the Dean's Office.
The grant or denial of permission is discretionary.
STUDENT PARKING
Low-cost parking is available to all John Marshall students.
Students may obtain an application for a parking pass from the Business
Office.

Students must familiarize themselves with School policies, procedures,

Copies of these publications are distributed to students at the time
of initial registration and are available from the Office of Student Services.

RESERVATION OF RIGHT TO MODIFY
The School of Law reserves the right in its sole judgment to
modify or change without prior notice any of its programs; tuition and
fee schedules; academic schedule or calendar, including changes in course
offerings, course content, and granting of credit; academic rules and
standards; degree requirements; or rules affecting the admission and retention
of students.
