DESCRIPTION:<p>The five Georgia law schools – Atlanta’s John Marshall Law S
 chool (AJMLS)\, Georgia State University College of Law\, Emory University
  School of Law\, Mercer University School of Law\, and University of Georg
 ia School of Law – present <em>Law School 101</em> in cooperation with the
  Law School Admission Council’s (LSAC) Discover Law Months for high school
  and undergraduate college students from underrepresented racially and eth
 nically diverse groups\, who are interested in pursuing a legal career.</p
 >\n<p>The event\, which is hosted by AJMLS this year\, will be held from 6
  p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on  Thursday\, February 28\, 2013 at the school’s <a tit
 le='Directions' href='http://www.johnmarshall.edu/about/blackburn-conferen
 ce-center/directions/' >Blackburn Conference Center</a>. The event is free
  for attendees and will provide prospective law school students an introdu
 ction on preparing for law school.  Prospective students will also have th
 e opportunity to attend a mock class taught by an AJMLS professor\, learn 
 the importance of undergraduate performance\, as well as tips to make thei
 r law school application stand out.</p>\n<p>This event is sponsored by the
  LSAC as part of <a href='http://www.discoverlaw.org/' onclick='javascript
 :_gaq.push(['_trackEvent'\,'outbound-article'\,'http://www.discoverlaw.org
 '])\;' target='_blank'>Discover Law</a> Months. High school students or co
